This life is often fraught with challenges, sometimes we may become overwhelmed, dejected, and come to doubt our abilities. We may feel trapped and helpless, not knowing which way to turn. A good counsellor will not try to, “fix” you, they will empower you to harness your innate wisdom and creativity so that you can take charge of your own life.

Our counsellor, Sasha, has mastered the art of creating a safe space where you can speak without fear of judgement, in the knowledge that you have the complete attention of an experienced and compassionate being. In her many years of experience, she has found that once people start to talk about their issues, they can get their thoughts organised and start to see solutions. Sasha can help you to see things from a higher perspective, bypassing any limiting beliefs you may have and tapping into your core.

Sasha can help with relationship issues, navigating crises situations, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and addictions. She has many different healing modalities in her toolkit, including Inner-child work, acceptance and forgiveness and active listening. 

Sasha will be available every Friday 3 pm – 4 pm. Please book in advance here.
